Simmons & Simmons has introduced a bonus recognition scheme that rewards fee-earners for ‘meaningful’ use of generative AI, as the firm seeks to become a ‘truly AI-enabled law firm’.
The scheme, which took effect on 1 May, widens the range of non-billable activities that can count towards bonus recognition beyond traditional billable hours.
