Davis Polk and Wilson Sonsini have scored the lead roles as Marvell Technology agrees to acquire Lumentum in a $115bn bet on the growth of the AI infrastructure market.
Wilson Sonsini is acting for US semiconductor company Marvell, with a team led by M&A partners Rob Ishii in San Francisco and Ethan Lutske in Palo Alto, and corporate partners Remi Korenblit and Ross Tanaka in Seattle.
