Latham & Watkins has continued its recent London recruitment with the addition of commercial and technology transactions partner Richard Offord from Travers Smith.
Offord makes the move across after 12 years at Travers, where he made partner last year. His practice focuses on the commercial, IP and technology aspects of M&A and private equity transactions, and regularly advises clients in the financial services and energy and infrastructure sectors.
