Latham & Watkins is set to hire senior Freshfields Hong Kong corporate duo Grace Huang and Edward Freeman, as the UK firm continues to see departures from its international network.
The duo are both highly regarded – Freeman is the Asia practice group leader for the firm’s global M&A and capital practice, while Huang is ranked in Legal 500’s Hall of Fame for Hong Kong equity capital markets.
