Gowling WLG and Mishcon de Reya have become the latest firms to increase NQ pay, as competition for talent continues to heat up.
At Anglo-Canadian firm Gowling, newly qualified associate pay has risen from £105,000 to £108,000 in London, and from £65,000 to £72,000 in the regions, which include the firm’s offices in Leeds and Birmingham.
