Weil has announced plans to wind down its operations, in a move that caps off months of turmoil for the 90-year-old US firm.
The firm’s management committee has recommended plans for ‘an orderly wind-down,’ the firm announced today (28 October), with partners expected to vote on the dissolution within days.
