DLA Piper has grown its global finance practice with a team of recent hires, including former co-head of capital solutions and co-head of energy and infrastructure Kfir Abutbul from A&O Shearman, based in New York.
Abutbul spent three years at A&O Shearman, joining legacy Allen & Overy in 2023 from Paul Hastings, where he was vice chair of the firm’s energy and infrastructure practice and chair of its energy transition team.
