Top firms advise asset management trio on $16bn Kuwait oil JV

A pair of top firms have advised as three of the world’s largest alternative asset managers have agreed a $16bn infrastructure partnership with Kuwait Oil Company (KOC).

Blackstone, Brookfield, and KKR have agreed to a joint venture with KOC, with each of the three asset management giants to hold an equal share of a 49% stake in the JV, and KOC to retain the remaining 51%.
