Russell-Cooke and Teacher Stern have called off discussions over a merger that could have created a new London firm with combined revenues of around £77m.
The two firms, both of which are based on Bedford Row in Holborn, said that following ‘open and constructive conversations’, they had agreed not to proceed with a deal.
