Paul Weiss and Clifford Chance are due to receive a total of up to £57.1m in legal fees for advising on easyJet’s takeover by Apollo Management earlier this year.
The deal, announced in the summer, saw Apollo make a takeover bid for the budget airline after easyJet had agreed on a deal with Castlelake.
