Leading UK and US trio advise as easyJet grounds £4.7bn Castlelake approach

Slaughter and May, Milbank and Clifford Chance have won lead advisory roles as US private credit firm Castlelake makes details of its latest £4.7bn takeover bid for easyJet public in an attempt to woo shareholders.

Slaughter and May and Milbank are both acting for Castlelake, which saw its third unsolicited proposal rejected by Easyjet earlier today (22 June).
