Fewer than half of businesses have conducted cybersecurity test exercises in the last year, according to new research, with many in-house legal teams uncertain about the role they are expected to play in a cyber crisis.
The report, which surveyed 400 C-suite executives across Europe, APAC, and the Middle East, found that while 64% of respondents said they were confident about their preparation for such an attack, only 40% have conducted a simulated cyber breach in the last 12 months.
