Linklaters and Winston Taylor bag lead roles on Harvey Nichols rescue deal

Winston Taylor and Linklaters have advised on the rescue acquisition of British retailer Harvey Nichols by Frasers Group, after the struggling brand appointed FTI Consulting as administrator.

The deal comes after Frasers Group – founded by billionaire retail magnate and Newcastle United owner Mike Ashley – saw off rivals including FTSE 100 retail titan Next in a bidding process.
