Pogust Goodhead co-founder Tom Goodhead has followed Harris Pogust in taking steps to have his name removed from the firm the pair launched in 2018.
Goodhead, who was ousted as Pogust Goodhead CEO last summer, is now working with Bailey Glasser International (BGI), a new venture which has challenged Pogust Goodhead’s role for the claimants in the high-profile Mariana Dam litigation.
