Ousted Pogust Goodhead founder CEO Tom Goodhead (pictured) has been confirmed as a member of Bailey Glasser International (BGI), the firm currently in a dispute with Pogust over claimant representation in the landmark £36bn Mariana Dam litigation.
Tom Goodhead, who co-founded class action boutique Pogust Goodhead in 2018, is now a member of BGI, the firm confirmed today (16 September).
