Offshore law firm Mourant has secured external investment from private equity group MML, in a landmark deal that has seen Addleshaw Goddard and Pinsent Masons take lead roles.
Mourant, which has around 1,000 staff across nine international locations, including Hong Kong, Singapore, Jersey and Guernsey, is a leader in the offshore law market, and is known as part of the ‘offshore magic circle’.
