Cravath ex-City head takes in-house role at Formula 1 owner

Cravath’s EMEA capital markets co-head and former London managing partner is retiring from the firm after more than three decades, taking the top in-house role at US entertainment company Liberty Media.

Philip Boeckman has been announced as Liberty Media’s next chief legal officer, effective 1 October.
