Cravath has made a rare London partner promotion as part of an 11-strong round – the US firm’s largest partner promotions round since 2020.
Lawrence Verhelst, a counsel in the firm’s City base who focuses on finance and capital markets, is being made up after joining the firm as an associate in 2014. He has been European counsel since late 2021.
