Ex-Rolls-Royce GC takes top role at BT as Chalmers prepares for ‘rewirement’

Former Rolls-Royce general counsel Mark Gregory has been appointed as chief legal and public affairs officer at BT, as group general counsel Sabine Chalmers prepares to step down after almost nine years at the company.

Gregory, who left Rolls-Royce at the end of March, spent what he described as ‘twenty action-packed years’ at the FTSE 100 aerospace and defence giant, originally joining finance subsidiary Rolls-Royce & Partners Finance in 2005.
