Additionally, Richter-Schöller frequently advises clients on emerging green regulation, including the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive.
Richter-Schöller plays a key role in shaping Austria’s ESG legal landscape, having helped found several sustainability-focused networks, Including ESG Experts Austria and the WSG ESG Practice Group.
