Heading the energy practice at Gorrissen Federspiel, Christian Halskov Sauer is regularly entrusted to advise on project development and finance, M&A transactions, and commercial and construction contracts across the renewables space.

Counting major Danish energy companies among his clients, Sauer regularly acts as project counsel for major wind and solar power developments. Sauer also demonstrates notable expertise advising on the negotiation of green corporate PPAs and hydrogen offtake agreements.
