Camilla Collet, who heads the cross-practice compliance and sustainable group at Gorrissen Federspiel, is regularly instructed to handle sustainability and energy transition-focused due diligence as well as the interpretation of EU ESG regulation. A particular recent area of focus is the EU Deforestation Regulation.
Collet chairs the firm’s sustainability committee, where she helps lead its internal sustainability efforts. Alongside regularly authoring articles on topics spanning the Green Claims Directive, Omnibus package, and EU Deforestation Regulation, Collet has also spoken and moderated events regarding the EU CSDDD and corporate sustainability leadership.
