The insurance practice of Prager Dreifuss also encompasses all types of regulatory matters and the representation of clients vis-à-vis the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority. The team advises both domestic and foreign insurers and reinsurers on regulatory matters, and holds considerable expertise in these areas, namely regarding the licensing of insurance products and business activities, portfolio transfers and cross-border restructurings of insurance undertakings. The team members’ profound understanding of the insurance business allows them to provide creative and pragmatic solutions for their clients’ needs.
