Eversheds has hired disputes partner Jonathan Douglas from Nabarro to join the firm’s construction and engineering team.
Nabarro is advising on the administration of Lowcosttravelgroup as the travel agency business left thousands of holiday makers at risk of losing their summer getaways.
Nabarro has increased turnover by 3.5% to £130.4m, joining other mid-market firms with muted results for 2015/16. Last year the firm posted an 8% revenue rise to £126m, its biggest rise in more than a decade.

This week in Asia, Morrison & Foerster (MoFo) added a trio of partners from three Magic Circle firms, as Nabarro has also strengthened its transactional practice in Singapore with the hire of former Gadens managing partner Marc Rathbone. Meanwhile, Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP) will move its premises in Hong Kong out of the Central District to Taikoo Place to allow for further growth.
