Weil has sealed the hire of A&O Shearman’s global co-head of fund finance, Fiona Cumming, as the US firm continues to build out its London finance offering.
Cumming, who is also private capital sector lead at A&O Shearman, has spent her entire career at the firm, having joined legacy Allen & Overy in 2005.
