A clutch of US firms is advising as semiconductor giant Nvidia agrees to acquire open-source AI company Hugging Face in a deal valued at nearly $13bn.
Hogan Lovells Cadwalader, Latham & Watkins and Cleary Gottlieb have scored the lead roles on the buy-side, with Wilson Sonsini and Gunderson Dettmer opposite.
