Paul Weiss has hired a pair of M&A partners into its offices in Houston and New York, as the firm continues to build the Texas office it launched this February.
Joining in Houston is energy and infrastructure M&A partner Trent Bridges, who joins from Akin, where he spent two years after moving from Sidley in 2024. He brings experience in a range of energy and infra-related transactions and development projects, with an emphasis on midstream oil and gas.
