Paul Hastings has boosted its private capital capabilities in New York, with its hire of Cahill Gordon & Reindel private credit co-head Peter Williams.
Williams joins as a partner in the global finance practice after two years at Cahill. He previously spent five years in-house at KKR as US head of structuring and latterly as managing director. His practice focuses on large-scale private credit transactions, with clients including Blackstone, Blue Owl and KKR Credit.
