Sullivan & Cromwell has hired four private equity partners from rival Kirkland & Ellis into its offices in Los Angeles and New York, in a bid to expand its private capital offering.
The team includes partners Hamed Meshki, Luke Guerra, and Guirgis Nasief in Los Angeles, and Y. Michael Chung in New York.
