Slaughter and May is in line for more than £110m in legal fees from its roles on some of the biggest UK M&A deals announced so far this year – roughly twice as much as its next closest competitor.
The elite M&A shop is set to make up to £111.1m for its advice across five of the 10 biggest deals involving UK target companies, according to publicly available scheme filings.
