Simpson Thacher & Bartlett has hired two of Clifford Chance’s insurance practice heads in New York in the latest losses to the magic circle firm’s US team.
Joseph Cosentino and Dennis Manfredi both served as co-heads of CC’s US insurance team and will join Simpson Thacher as co-heads of the firm’s insurance transactional and regulatory team alongside Jared Wilner.
