Sidley Austin has made up 52 new partners in an off-cycle promotions round, following the US firm’s introduction of a new income partner tier.
The new partners include five London lawyers: Lewis Atherton and Carry Chen in finance, David Horan in M&A and real estate transactions, Ed Perry in corporate and M&A, and Omar Shafi in capital markets.
