Morgan Lewis has made another senior transactional hire in London, taking on Goodwin’s former London co-chair Gemma Roberts as European private equity head.
Roberts joins after twelve years at Goodwin, where she made partner in 2016. She brings experience advising across the spectrum of sponsor-backed transactions, including growth equity investments and corporate reorganisations.
