Pogust Goodhead co-founder Harris Pogust has sent the firm a cease and desist letter demanding that his surname be removed from its name, as controversy over the Mariana Dam litigation continues to mount.
Pogust, who was previously chair of the claimant firm before leaving three years ago, has demanded that it immediately cease using Pogust in its name, advertising, marketing materials, website, social media accounts, client communications, and other public-facing materials.
