Paul Hastings has bulked up its London restructuring practice with the hire of two partners from Hogan Lovells Cadwalader and Sidley Austin.
The US firm has hired Bevis Metcalfe from Hogan Lovells Cadwalader alongside Kieran Sharma from Sidley Austin.
