NORTON ROSE FULBRIGHT AND A&O LEAD NUCLEAR JV
Horizon Nuclear Power was advised by Allen & Overy as it announced three joint venture partners for a £10bn nuclear power plant in Wales. Norton Rose Fulbright advised Hitachi-GE Nuclear Energy, one of three joint venture partners for the 2,700MW plant. The other members of the joint venture are US-firm Bechtel and Japanese company JGC Corporation. These companies were advised by their in-house counsel.
