Milbank has bumped associate pay for the first time since late 2023, with class of 2025-26 associates now set to be paid $235,000.
The firm hiked pay by $10,000 for its associates in classes back to 2022, with increases of $20,000 for the 2021, 2020, 2019, and 2018 classes.
