Macfarlanes has hired a fund formation partner from Kirkland & Ellis, with Edward Prestwich (pictured) returning to the firm after leaving in 2021.
Prestwich advises sponsors on the structuring, formation and operation of credit funds, with additional experience across private equity and infrastructure funds, as well as co-investment and carried interest arrangements.
