Brown Rudnick has added a 34-lawyer intellectual property litigation team from Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer to launch its new office in Silicon Valley.
The team, which focuses on patent litigation across various sectors and includes seven partners, is spread across Silicon Valley and New York, with five partners based in the former and two in the latter. All seven partners were at legacy Kramer Levin before its merger with legacy HSF went live last year.
