Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer has been added to the list of defendants in a US malpractice lawsuit that is seeking at least $1bn in damages.
White Oak Global Advisors, a San Francisco-based investment and private credit firm, has accused four partners of breaching ‘the most basic professional standards that govern attorney-client relationships’ by allegedly seeking to ‘enrich’ the CEO of one of White Oak’s subsidiaries, Isaac Soleimani.
