Hogan Lovells and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft have officially completed their merger, launching the combined firm as Hogan Lovells Cadwalader.
The combined firm will have more than 36 offices globally, total revenue of over $3.6bn, more than 3,200 lawyers and more than 900 partners – the largest law firm merger in history, just ahead of the A&O Shearman tie-up, which had announced revenue of $3.5bn at launch.
