Nine firms have snapped up roles on Uber’s acquisition of German-headquartered food delivery company Delivery Hero, as the company also sells off a collection of its businesses to PE firm SSW Partners.
Freshfields and Wachtell are leading Uber’s advisory team, Sullivan & Cromwell is advising Delivery Hero and Paul Weiss is leading for SSW.
