Gibson Dunn has taken a lead role representing the media organisations barred from the White House in their lawsuit against the Trump administration.
The plaintiffs, which include CNN, MS NOW (formerly MSNBC), and Politico argue that their ban from the White House – which was announced by US President Donald Trump in a Truth Social post on Friday (18 September) – violates their rights under the First and Fifth Amendments.
