Gateley CEO steps down as revenue creeps up amid share price struggles

Gateley chief executive officer Rod Waldie (pictured) has stepped down for ‘personal, health-related reasons,’ with the announcement coming as the firm reveals its financial results for 2025-26.

Waldie has spent just over six years leading the listed law firm, replacing Michael Ward in May 2020. He joined Gateley in 2010 when it acquired the Manchester office of now-defunct Halliwells.
