A group of US and UK-based firms are taking lead roles as Uber makes a bid for German food delivery company Delivery Hero, including Freshfields, Wachtell, Sullivan & Cromwell, Clifford Chance and Morrison Foerster.
The offer is estimated to value Delivery Hero, which operates across more than 60 countries, at around €10bn, and would see Uber take ownership of the German-headquartered enterprise.
