A group of former Pogust Goodhead lawyers have moved to take over representation of the claimants in the £36bn Mariana Dam litigation, in the latest twist in the landmark group action.
In a statement on its website, Bailey Glasser International (BGI), the newly-launched UK arm of US firm Bailey & Glasser, has announced that ‘the client committee for the Mariana litigation in England’ has decided to appoint it to ‘take the case forward’ from Pogust, and that it will be supported by London litigation firm Hausfeld.
