Dentons and Osborne Clarke have taken the lead advisory roles on LegalTechTalk’s sale to B2B events organiser Hyve, as the tech event looks to expand across the Atlantic.
The deal will see the UK legal events company expand its footprint across Europe, as well as hosting a US-based event for the first time, with the first LegalTechTalk USA set for December 2027 in Miami Beach.
