A&O Shearman has completed its board reshuffle, with all 11 seats now filled following the appointment of two additional partners.
Co-head of the firm’s India practice and capital markets partner Pallavi Gopinath Aney, based in Singapore, and Austin office managing partner and chemicals sector lead Emily Westridge Black have filled the remaining positions on the board.
