US in-house moves: Delta lands new legal chief as former FBI GC finds new role

Delta Air Lines has appointed BJay Pak as general counsel. Pak joins the Atlanta-headquartered airline company from private practice, having spent the last five and a half years at Alston & Bird in the litigation and trial practice group.

Before joining Alston he served as US attorney for the Northern District of Georgia between 2017 and 2021. He has also had stints as a a white collar and litigation partner at Ballard Spahr and Schiff Hardin.
