Anglo American and Teck name top lawyer for $69bn mining mega-merger

Anglo American and Teck have announced who will take the top legal role at the combined company, as the mining giants gear up to complete their $69bn merger as Anglo Teck.

Lyndon Arnall, chief legal and sustainability officer at Canada’s Teck, has been named on the executive leadership team at the combined company, retaining the same job title.
